The Green Chefs were founded in 2013 and are a community of particularly fair and responsible restaurateurs. Since 2015 there has also been the Green Chefs Partner – an award for sustainable companies. As of 11/2020 there are more than 700 companies. The hotel has been a member of the initiative since 2019.
