We take part in internship projects at schools and welcome latecomers and retirees who are enthusiastic about our company and their work. We also rely on working students and seniors in our team. It inspires us how several generations can learn from each other and share experiences. For example, our former gardener was our specialist for all plants on the site until he was 80 and was happy to share this knowledge.
