In the hotel industry, the days of exchanging euros for beds are over. An overnight stay is no longer defined by bed, television and toilet. An overnight stay should be an experience. This doesn’t mean that every overnight stay has to be a package full of bells and whistles. No, today’s guest and even more so tomorrow’s guest no longer defines their stay based on material values, but rather on the emotions and worlds of experience that unfold during their stay. Sustainability must be experienced emotionally. That’s why we started to develop and build different worlds of experience: Klauskeller (catering), Gud’ruhn (spa and relaxation options), Heinzigartig (conferences and experiences).
