The circular hotel room of the Hotel Luise shows how sustainable and resource-saving tourism is possible, both in the furnishing and in the operation of hotel rooms. It is fundamentally based on the Cradle-to-Cradle© principle, a holistic approach to the resources used from start to finish. Following this principle, all materials used in the renewable hotel room are either 100% biodegradable or 100% recyclable.

There are currently six circular rooms in the hotel. More are to follow in the near future.
