The wellness area and part of the central building are greened with a roof garden. This not only has positive effects on biodiversity and plants. Such a roof top garden can store water and actively cool the area by releasing the water (through evaporative cooling). A green roof not only acts as insulation against cold and heat, but also changes the microclimate for the better. A roof garden can also buffer heavy rain a little until it is saturated.
