Erlangen has been a fair trade town for more than 10 years. For this, Erlangen had to meet various criteria, including the establishment of a Fairtrade steering group. This also includes the Hotel Luise.
The steering group aims to further strengthen the topic of fair trade and regularly implements various projects.
